Named after one of our regulars at the tasting room, Beer Snob Brown is nutty with light chocolate flavors over a smooth caramel malt base. Dry finish with low hop bitterness and medium to light body. Our take on the North English Brown Ale style. Dryer than Southern English Brown. Some yeast derived fruity esters.

CDA stands for “Cascadian Dark Ale” but these beers are also known as “Black IPAs”. Whatever you call it, our Cinderblock CDA exemplifies the style with intense citrus hop aroma combined with slightly smokey/coffee malt flavors. A SMASH beer (single malt, single hop) our Citra/Red is 100% Citra hops and Red-X malt. A mild, nutty flavor from the malt supports a full, aromatic citrus hop flavor. Red in color, but crisp with a dry finish.
6.5% ABV, 50 IBU’s, 6 SRM
Our flagship IPA presents our signature style of bold hop flavors with bright, clean malt. Amarillo and Citra hops layer together for a delicious, easy drinking Northwest IPA.

A traditional English Best Bitter, this beer has a full, bold malt flavor with fruity yeast esters and a clean, bitter finish. Lighter than an ESB and more hoppy than a pale ale, the Burke-Gilman is an all around crowd pleaser.
